This Girl Can Week 2023

VicHealth are celebrating and supporting everyday women, girls and non-binary people to get active in ways that suit them. Whether it’s with friends, family or solo during This Girl Can Week, from 9 – 15 October 2023. Featuring a stack of fun, free (or low-cost) activities designed to welcome beginners, and those who are curious enough to try something new.
