Responsible Serving of Alcohol Course

Undertaking this Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (SITHFAB021) program gives participants the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to a safe, enjoyable environment in a licensed premises.

RSA training is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licences including the bar at your local community sporting club.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Responsible Serving of Alcohol program covers a range of topics including:

  • problems associated with excessive consumption
  • alcohol and the law
  • the question of who is responsible for RSA
  • facts about alcohol
  • improving the atmosphere of your premises
  • handling difficult customers.

COSTS

LIQCON are a registered training organisation (21718) who are accredited to deliver RSA Training under their scope of registration.

They offer different options for obtaining an RSA certificate:

  • $50 – Self paced online RSA course
  • $70 – Virtual Classroom RSA course (via Zoom)
